Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Streemr to create, stream, upload, promote, sell, or distribute content or activity that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, exploitative, hateful, harassing, threatening, or abusive.

You may not post or stream content involving sexual exploitation, minors in sexual contexts, non-consensual intimate content, credible threats, instructions for wrongdoing, or content that violates another person's rights.

Streemr explicitly prohibits copyright-infringing content, intellectual property violations, and any use of the service to create, stream, upload, promote, sell, or distribute content that infringes another person's copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.

Creators and users must own or have all licenses, releases, consents, and permissions needed for the content they stream, upload, display, monetize, or otherwise make available through Streemr.

You may not use Streemr to share pirated, bootleg, leaked, counterfeit, or otherwise unauthorized movies, music, television, sports broadcasts, concerts, pay-per-view programming, software, artwork, or other protected material.

Streemr may remove or restrict allegedly infringing content, disable access to streams or replays, suspend or terminate accounts, and terminate repeat infringers when appropriate.

Streemr explicitly prohibits the monetization of adult content, sexually explicit content, hateful content, and violent content.

Creators may not sell, charge for, gate behind payment, receive tips for, receive subscription revenue for, or otherwise monetize any adult, sexually explicit, hateful, or violent content or activity on Streemr.

You may not evade paywalls, share paid access outside your account, manipulate purchases, misuse refunds, bypass platform controls, or interfere with creator payouts.

You may not use stolen payment credentials, launder funds, or use Streemr for any transaction prohibited by payment partners or applicable law.

You may not scrape, spam, automate abusive activity, reverse engineer private systems, attempt unauthorized access, overload the service, or interfere with livestream delivery.

Creators are responsible for their streams and must ensure their content complies with this policy before going live, uploading replays, or monetizing access.

Streemr may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, withhold platform features, or report activity to payment partners or law enforcement when needed to protect users, creators, and the service.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as the service, law, or platform requirements change. Continued use of Streemr after an update means you accept the updated policy.
